Frequently Asked Questions 1. How do I register for the events? Simply follow the link here to find online or mail-in reservation information, or call us at 307.587.5002. 2. Are any materials (tickets, etc.) mailed in advance? No. You will receive a written confirmation acknowledging your reservations but all materials are held for pick-up at the registration sites. The only item mailed in advance is a complimentary Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale Catalog to Auction attendees. 3. Are tickets provided for each event? Not all events provide tickets. You will receive tickets in your registration packets for all Rendezvous Royale events with the exception of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center Patrons Ball (you will check in at the door of the event at the beginning of the evening); and the Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale Auction and Quick Draw (your nametag and bid number are your ticket into the events). 4. 21, 8 am - 4:30 pm 5. What is the Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale Quick Draw? Saturday morning’s Quick Draw is an event where guests enjoy a champagne brunch and silent auction beginning at 9 am. Following breakfast, guests stroll the Robbie Powwow Garden to observe nearly forty painters and sculptors at work, often using live models, to complete a piece in one hour. Quick Draw pieces are then sold at live auction. 6. Is dinner served at the Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale Auction? An actual sit-down dinner is not served at the Friday evening auction; however, substantial hors d'oeuvres (including meats, salads, and desserts) are provided starting at 5 pm and are served buffet-style throughout the evening. You will definitely NOT need to make dinner plans. 7. Where do I meet to depart for the Artist Studio Tour? The Cody Trolley picks up attendees for the Artist Studio
Tour at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center Party Tent, located in the
parking lot south of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center at 720 Sheridan
